---Reaching out to users through contact info/MFA---

If Teams or Outlook are not viable options to reach an end user, Azure/Entra usually holds alternate contact methods that technicians can utilize. This is especially crucial when dealing with account takeover scenarios, as the first thing you is contacting the user ASAP.
For finding this within Azure AD/Entra:
- On the Entra Home page, head to the left hand column under “Identity”, then select “users”, then “All Users”.
2. Search the user’s name, then click on it to head to user properties:
3. Phone number information can be found on the right-hand side of the properties menu, from there you can use their contact info to reach out to the user.
