- Go to Users - Microsoft 365 admin center
- Query the user and click on the user
- In this window click on Unblock sign-in
- Uncheck the box: Block this user from signing in:
- Save changes (It may take up to 15 minutes to complete the changes).
- Then go to Manage User Profiles | Onedrive
- Query the user and click on the user
- Click on manage site collection owners
- Under: Site collection Administrators. Click on the book icon
- Look up for the name of the person who's requiring access to the OneDrive
- Click on add and then on the Ok button. After this click on the Ok button again
- On the OneDrive tab:
- Under Get access to files: click on Create link to files and copy the link
- Share the link with the requester in the ticket.
- Don't forget to block the sign-in again for the user.
