Disabling an account within Entra Admin Center

- This document outlines the process of disabling an account within Entra Admin Center. You can use this guide for carrying out employee terminations. After you carry this out, revoke the user’s sessions.
On the Entra Home page, head to the left hand column under “Identity”, then select “users”, then “All Users”.
- Search the user’s name, then click on it to head to user properties:
- Head over to Account status (Should say “Enabled,”) hit edit, then uncheck the box stating “Account enabled.” Hit “Save” to commit changes.
